Winemaking: The grapes, once they reach the cellar, are subjected to maceration for 12h. They are then transferred to the presses, which are subjected to a very gentle pressing. The flower selected must be placed in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank where it ferments at a temperature comprised between 15 ° C and 17 ° C.
Ageing: After the fermentation, the wine will pass in a steel tank in contact with the lees to be followed by a rest in the bottle for one month before being put on sale.
Alcohol content: 12.5%.
Colour: cherry pink.
Bouquet: With an important aromatic intensity, develops elegant fruit flavors like strawberry, raspberry and wild berries, and floral aromas like rose, wild rose and wisteria.
