Apulian taralli's chunks made with a mix of flour and semolinas of different types of cereals, several seeds and extra virgin olive oil.
The apulian taralli are one of the products that it's necessary to have in the pantry of each hose, they could eaten to replace bread, they are fragrant and tasty and the dough is very similar to apulian bread dough.. it need extra virgin olive oil instead yeast.
The dough workout is completed by hand, chopping the dough into small chunks that are then cooked into the hoven.
Store the product in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat.
