VARIETY'

100% Chardonnay

VINEYARDS

Espalier with cordon on tuffaceous-calcareous soils with a density of 4500 plants per hectare.

WINE MAKING

The harvest takes place in mid-August. A short maceration of the pressed grapes at low temperatures below 10 ° C precedes a soft pressing of the skins and the cleaning of the must takes place with simple static clarification.
