Rosé wine obtained from the vinification of Primitivo grapes grown on spurred cordon.
By pink cherry, gives off a fruity nose and intense bouquet. The taste is fresh, smooth and with a berry aftertaste.
It pairs exquisitely with appetizers, soups, white meats and fresh cheeses.

The area is the heart of Enotria land, that was defined by ancient Greeks "the land of wine", the home of the newborn DOC Matera, are ain which the clay, harsh but in some cases tenacious and generous, is able to express best features of the typical varieties of the area.

The farm San Vito known as Cantine Cifarelli, with a recent generational change, alongside the modern winemaking techniques to the more than forty years of wine experience, like the tendril of the vine, that after sweet and herbaceous of the bud stage will become tough and woody with time, is born the brand Cantine Cifarelli, synonymous with quality and respect for the noble art of making wine.
