Allevati a spalliera con cordone speronato su terreni ricchi, argillosi e tendenzialmente calcarei con una densità di 4500 piante per ettaro.
VINIFICAZIONE
Prima metà di settembre. La macerazione e la fermentazione iniziano a basse temperature e nei primi giorni di macerazione le caratteristiche del vino sono già delineate. La fase di vinificazione viene completata dopo circa 15 giorni.
MATURAZIONE
Dopo alcuni mesi in vasche di cemento vetrificato, il vino matura per un periodo di 6-8 mesi in botti di rovere di Slavonia. Successivo affinamento in bottiglia.

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE
Colore rosso Rubino intenso con lievi riflessi violacei. Bouquet molto intenso e persistente, accattivante nel suo blend di frutta matura e note speziate. Morbido ed elegante con un corpo ricco e ben strutturato. Vino di forte personalità, al finale offre una lunga gamma di sensazioni fruttate.

Un vino versatile, eccellente con arrosti di carni rosse e formaggi stagionati. Servire ad una temperatura di 18°C.

The history of Villa Schinosa is based on ancient wine traditions that have been passed down for generations.
