Oleificio Roccia is a family run farm, born from the passion of owner Michele Roccia and his wife Rosa.
The milling takes place in a modern continuous cycle plant, which allows to obtain extra extra virgin olive oil by "cold extraction", as required by the ICCQ (Central Quality Control Institute).
In addition, the company takes part in the "Oil of Autore" project, carried out by Unaprol and co-financed by Agea and the EU.
The company's mission is to satisfy customers, enhance the extra virgin olive oil and disseminate the oil culture.

A long and fascinating process allows us to obtain "Terra dei Grifoni" extra virgin olive oil. Collect the olives directly from the plant, to the right degree of maturation and let them pray daily.
The constant attention to the raw material, the control of the entire process of milling, allows us to obtain a fruity oil with a little bitter and spicy, ideal for use in the kitchen, to fry, or simply on a slice of local bread.
Extra virgin olive oil is good for health because it acts as a preventative measure against cardiovascular and neoplasmic diseases. It increases good HDL cholesterol and lowers bad LDL. It is a precious food suitable for all ages.
