The activity began with its founder Donato Macina in 1963 in a small workshop.

In 1981, as a result of the need for space and thanks to the market favors, he extended the company to his children and transferred the company to a new establishment where still today you find offices, production department, two large storage wharehouse for raw materials and finished products.

The ideal that drives the company in its development is to delight the tables of all people with the goodness and delicacy of Apulian food products processed according to traditional methods; the careful selection of vegetables and an ancient marsh bathing process allow to preserve the Apulian gourmet delicacies in glass containers.
