Production area: Mottola's hill, province of Taranto, 220 mt s.l.m.

Soil: fertile, very deep.

Growing system: Guyot

Grape Variety: 100% Aglianico.

Average production per hectare: 90 quintals of grapes per hectare.

Harvest time: last week of September.

Harvest: mechanical at night.

Winemaking: The grapes, once they reach the cellar, are subjected to maceration for 12h. They are then transferred to the presses, which are subjected to a very gentle pressing.
