Profumo di frutto dolce colto alla maturazione con sentori di banana. Al palato si esprime morbido e armonico, di buona fluidità e non eccessivamente grasso. Rilascia in bocca anche sapori di mandorla matura con percezioni gustative in cui predomina il piccante sull’amaro.
