VINIFICAZIONE
La vendemmia avviene a metà settembre. Una breve macerazione del pigiato a basse temperature al di sotto di 10°C precede una soffice pressatura delle bucce e la pulizia dei mosti avviene con semplice chiarifica statica. La fermentazione alcolica avviene a temperature controllate che non superano mai i 15°C.

In acciaio inox. Successivo affinamento in bottiglia per un periodo di 1-2 mesi.

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE
Al colore appare di un luminoso giallo paglierino intenso, manifesta ottima consistenza con archetti glicerici a movimento rallentato. Al naso buona la massa olfattiva con riconoscimenti di frutta matura come mela golden, pera, fiore di ginestra, acacia e finale di buccia di tamarindo. In bocca entra con potenza, morbidezza, grande sapidità sorretta da vena acida, buon bilanciamento calorico e gradevole finale amaricante.
ABBINAMENTI GASTRONOMICI
E’ il vino ideale per frutti di mare e carni bianche. Va servito freddo ad una temperatura di 10-12°C.
