VINIFICAZIONE
La vendemmia avviene in due tempi: nella prima e nell’ultima settimana di settembre per ottenere sia una buona acidità che l’intenso profumo tipico delle uve Fiano. Una breve macerazione delle uve ad una temperatura di 7-8°C, precede la soffice pigiatura sottovuoto delle uve stesse. La fermentazione avviene ad una temperatura controllata al di sotto dei 15°C.
MATURAZIONE
In acciaio inox. Successivo affinamento in bottiglia per un periodo di 1-2 mesi.

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE
Luminoso colore giallo paglierino intenso con riflessi dorati. Al naso esprime spiccate note aromatiche. Vino di grande complessità, al palato ha una lunga persistenza di frutta esotica e pera.

Vino elegante e versatile, ideale per piatti di pesce, carni bianche e formaggi freschi. Servire freddo ad una temperatura di 10-12°C.
