Vino piacevole ed elegante, mosso ma non troppo. Seducente incontro di frutta fresca e fiori bianchi inebria l’olfatto. Conquista il palato con briosità. Si accompagna alla perfezione ad aperitivi e piatti leggeri. Ottimo da abbinare anche a formaggi.

Tecnica di produzione:
breve criomacerazione pellicolare in pressa soffice cui segue la pulizia del mosto per flottazione dei sedimenti a mezzo di azoto. La fermentazione viene termo controllata a 15°C e bloccata a 12,5 % vol. di alcool con freddo e filtrazione tangenziale. Affinamento in acciaio con sospensione periodica delle fecce con iniezione di anidride carbonica.

This company focuses its attention on the variety of local wines, such as: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia and Aglianico from red grapes and Verdeca, Falanghina, Malvasia and Fiano from white grapes. Varvaglione 1921 is one of the oldest and most awarded Southern Italian wineries. In 2011 it celebrated its 90th birthday by launching a prestigious wine called “Papale”.
